We ship our products to customers throughout the continental United States. However, certain locations may have restrictions or additional charges due to customs regulations or logistical challenges. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. The estimated delivery time is 7 – 10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Order Processing Time
Our processing time is 1-3 business days from the day the order was placed. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates. We only ship to residential or commercial addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s progress through the carrier’s website using this tracking number.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@ivymanorjewelry.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If your order hasn't yet shipped, we can still edit the shipping address. Email us at contact@ivymanorjewelry.com with the updated address as soon as possible. We are unable to edit a billing address once an order has been placed.
