Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@ivymanorjewelry.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions.
  2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any documentation, tags, and certificates.
  3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will send you a pre-paid return label and ship you a new item free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost. If the new item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.
